1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are normally not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of unusually high order volume, processing or transit times may take slightly longer. Please allow additional time when carrier networks are busy.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service available.

• Standard Shipping: estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
• Order Tracking: when tracking is available, you will receive shipment information after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take approximately 48–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

3. P.O. Boxes & Special Addresses

We may ship to P.O. boxes and other supported addresses where carrier service is available. Delivery to military, remote, or special-address locations can take longer than standard residential delivery.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the package and damaged item so our support team can review the issue.

6. Missing or Delivered-but-Not-Received Packages

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the local carrier.

We offer a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product should generally be in the same condition in which it was received, unused or unworn where applicable, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions from our customer support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
